Quotes are estimates until confirmed. An order is confirmed only after Dallas Custom Cookies provides written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipping, delivery fees, taxes, and other applicable charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
Because our cookies are custom-made to order, cancellations requested at least 14 days before the scheduled event dateare eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable because production and materials have already been committed.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
